Foundation (Prep) enrolments for 2026
Enrolment for Foundation (Prep) in 2026 is now open.
All Victorian government primary schools follow a consistent timeline and process set by the Department of Education.
How to enrol
Applications are due by Friday 25 July 2025.
- Download the Foundation (Prep) enrolment information pack from Enrolling in Foundation (Prep) Victorian Government.
- Register and apply online to enrol at Andersons Creek Primary School (applications are due by Friday 25 July 2025).
- You will receive notification of your application outcome between Monday 28 July and Friday 8 August 2025.
- Accept your offer: if you receive an enrolment offer, please contact our school to accept by Friday 22 August 2025.
- Join our transition program: Participate in enrolment information and transition sessions during Term 4, 2025.
- Start school: Your child will begin Foundation (Prep) on Wednesday 28 January 2026.
Late enrolments
Enrolments in years 1-6
If your child is transferring from another school, we invite you to contact us to discuss their enrolment.
Enrolments for students transferring into Years 1-6 are processed according to the Department of Education’s Placement Policy.

Our school zone
Our school zone is available on findmyschool.vic.gov.au. The website provides the most up-to-date information on school zones in Victoria.
Students residing within our school zone are guaranteed a place at our school, which is determined based on your permanent residential address.
We manage enrolments using the Department of Education’s Placement Policy, which ensures students have access to their designated neighbourhood school. Enrolment applications from outside of a designated zone are possible if places are available.
